The first step of moving your kid from "I'm broken" to "I'm becoming" is to understand the story they are currently living in.


The worksheets below will help you do just that on an easy, step-by-step path.

Directed questions help you think through the way your kid is talking about themself. This is the first step to diagnosing the story.

The scripts below will help you take common situations and use them to be an identity architect.

I can't.

Script 1 | A story where they can.

Build a narrative that tells your kid they are strong and they can. And prove it! This script flips the story on it's head and builds resilience through legacy and belief.

mistakes become opportunities

Script 2 | The benefit of hindsight.

When your kid feels like giving up, help them see they are not broken, they are becoming. This script gives you the tools to show them how to move forward, even when things aren't perfect.

I'm just the angry one.

Script 3 | Harness and use

Even something like anger can be reframed through the right story and used to the future benefit of your child. This script helps you shift the story and direct them to be the person they are called to be.

I'm worried.

Script 4 | Meaning trumps worry.

Most people struggle with anxiety at some point. This script helps your kid see that it's not permanent and that their purpose will always win over worry.
